Black•Spruce•Art•Works: my Studio-Gallery in Maynooth

I’m now well settled in to my new studio and gallery; Black Spruce Art Works, in the lovely little town of Maynooth.
Maynooth is a vibrant, diverse and very artistic community near to Algonquin Park and just north of Bancroft. My studio is now fully functional, and I’ve been busy painting for upcoming shows. The studio and gallery occupy the main floor of the house, and following my grand opening event on Victoria Day weekend, I will be open regular hours Thursday through Monday, 10 to 5. My work, as well as work by Ontario landscape artists Carol Currie, Sheila Davis, Marc L. Gagnon, Jasmine Hum, Mary Karavos, Dan Ryan, Carol Westcott and Micheal Zarowsky will be on display in the gallery and available for purchase.
I welcome visitors into my studio to view work in progress and to gain a bit of insight into the creative process. Eventually I will offer workshops and classes.
I am thrilled to be living and working in the environment that so inspires me. And delighted to be in a community that honours the arts and values the natural environment.
I’m looking forward to a terrific and busy summer in my amazing new space!

My house is the first one when driving north/east on Hwy 62 from Bancroft – just after Peterson Road.
