Award winning painter Laura Culic works in beeswax, dry pigments and oil paint. Laura's work is available at her studio gallery, Black Spruce Art Works, located in Maynooth ON. Laura is represented by several galleries in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario, and she participates annually in a number of art fairs in the GTA.
Laura's work resides in many corporate, private and government collections. She is an elected member of the Ontario Society of Artists, and a recipient of an Ontario Arts Council grant.
Recent awards include Best in Show at the Ontario Society of Artist’s 139th Open Juried Exhibition and Best in Painting at the 51st Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition.
Laura’s evocative landscape and map-based images are inspired by her love of the wild places of and her commitment to environmental conservation.
